YÄNI: a new era in prefabricated homes

We're particularly proud to present our latest model, the YÄNI, which marks our entry into the prefabricated housing market with its perfect design for a main residence.

The YÄNI is a 1400-square-foot prefabricated home that captures the essence of modern comfort. With its bold exterior cladding, blending screwed stone panels and steel slats, the YÄNI is an eye-catcher that promises to stand out in any landscape. Expansive, energy-efficient triple-glazed windows wrap the living space in an abundance of natural light, while retaining warmth thanks to state-of-the-art insulation.

Unlike our other models, the interior is not finished 100% in pine: the walls are in gypsum and the ceiling is finished in pine to form a harmonious blend of modern while preserving the radiance and warmth of natural wood.

The kitchen cabinets offer both functionality and style. The kitchen, with its central island and large vertical window above the sink, is designed to be the heart of the home. Two spacious bedrooms complete the ensemble, promising a bright and welcoming haven.
