Many of you visited YÄNI and our models at Expo Habitat 2024, and we're very grateful. In this article, we'd like to take you back to the highlights of the show and share with you the details that made this event an important milestone in our history.

We're proud to be exhibiting for the first time at Expo Habitat, where we'll be unveiling our range of cottages, mini-homes and prefabricated houses. This exhibition is the perfect opportunity to discover our creations and discuss your housing project with our team.

Winter construction offers several significant advantages. Firstly, the increased availability of contractors during the off-peak season can speed up your project. In addition, labor and material costs are often lower in winter, which can lead to savings. You'll also have more time to plan the details of your home. More stable weather in winter reduces the risk of weather-related delays. In addition, early installation of insulation and heating systems can improve your home's energy efficiency. Finally, building in winter can allow you to move in earlier and enjoy your new home from the start of the summer season.

When it comes to providing an unrivalled hunting experience in remote locations, our self-contained chalets are the ideal solution. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, they feature solar panels and propane installations for power and heating. A wood-burning stove completes the system, providing comfortable warmth on cooler evenings. The water supply is managed by ingenious solutions adapted to the remoteness of the site, and the dry toilets are both environmentally friendly and practical. To prevent vermin, an anti-intrusion fence is installed under the chalet, guaranteeing its protection. These hunting and forestry camps combine functionality and comfort, offering reliable shelter in the heart of the vast wilderness.
